Spaghetti homemade pasta or any other pasta you like

Fresh cream

Egg yolk

Crispy bacon

Grated parmesan

Salt and pepper

A large pot

A pasta bowl


1. Mix the egg yolk with the parmesan cheese and save it in the pasta bowl.

2. Boil the water with salt in a large pan then cook the pasta until it’s the texture of your choice.

3. Drain the water from the pasta and mix it in the egg yolk and parmesan sauce still hot. The egg will cook with the heat from the pasta.

4. Add the crispy bacon and the fresh cream. You can serve your pasta dish with parmesan shavings covering it.
